1 Introduction

Kanqiu88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of any of the above prohibitions without prior notice, and to withold any Account Balance pending investigation where fraud or illegality is suspected.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kanqiu88, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any loss or damage resulting from technical failures, system downtime, server interruptions, or connectivity issues outside of our reasonable control;
• Any loss resulting from a User's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, scores, or statistics;
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of loss, kanqiu88's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Intellectual Property

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kanqiu88 holds its applicable international online gaming licence.
